Most
of our jewellery is supplied direct from stock and will be delivered
1st class. All Irish orders are posted using An Post which is a next
day delivery service, orders are also insured and will need to be
signed for upon receipt.
We aim to despatch the order within three working days (up to 4 working days is required for clearance of cheque orders). We will advise you if there will be an extended delivery date. We will send an e-mail to the address you submitted to inform you of the despatch of your goods. If goods cannot be despatched within a reasonable time, we will e-mail you to advise you of this; and if there is a delay, ask if you wish to continue with the transaction and offer you the opportunity to cancel the order. If you have received an e-mail informing you of the despatch of goods you can be certain they are in transit. If you have not received the goods within 7 days you should contact us. Compensation is limited to the cost of the goods ordered and will take the form of replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. Delivery Terms outside Ireland For goods shipped to other countries, we regrettably have to make an extra charge. Goods are shipped by air-mail, which, although faster than surface mail, still means an order will take several days to reach you. All orders will have to be signed for upon receipt.
